Weber Jumbo Joe 18 in. Portable Charcoal Grill (1211001)

The Jumbo Joe is a portable 18 in. kettle for tailgates, campsites and small spaces. It has the same cooking area as the 18 in. Original Kettle in a compact tabletop body that is easy to carry.

For burgers, steaks and vegetables, spread lit charcoal evenly and cook over direct heat with the lid on. For chicken pieces and sausages and anything that needs longer, bank the coals to one side and cook on the other side with the lid closed; the kettle then works like an oven. Open the top and bottom vents for more heat and close them partway to cool the fire. Close both vents fully when you are done to put the coals out and save leftover charcoal for next time.
