Weber Master-Touch 22 in. Charcoal Grill (14501001)

The Master-Touch is Weber’s most capable 22 in. kettle. Its Gourmet BBQ System hinged grate has a removable center that accepts a pizza stone, griddle or wok (sold separately), and charcoal rails make two-zone cooking easy.

For burgers, steaks and vegetables, spread lit charcoal evenly and cook over direct heat with the lid on. For chicken pieces, roasts and anything that needs longer, bank the coals to one side and cook on the other side with the lid closed; the kettle then works like an oven. Open the top and bottom vents for more heat and close them partway to cool the fire. Close both vents fully when you are done to put the coals out and save leftover charcoal for next time.
