The Toro 21464 is the 22 in. Recycler for anyone who would rather not pull a starter cord. A rechargeable electric start system turns over the 150cc Briggs & Stratton EXi engine at the push of a button, and Personal Pace Auto-Drive matches the mower’s speed to your stride.

Like the rest of the Recycler line, the 14-gauge steel deck uses Vortex airflow to cut clippings fine enough to mulch back into the lawn. Bag On Demand switches between mulching and bagging with the bag still attached, and the engine needs only oil top-offs rather than changes.
