Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker 22 in. Charcoal Smoker (731001)

The 22 in. Smokey Mountain Cooker is the largest in the line, with enough room for big gatherings or several cuts at once. The bullet design, water pan and four aluminum dampers keep temperatures steady through long cooks.

The Smokey Mountain Cooker has three sections: a charcoal bowl at the bottom, a center section that holds the water pan and two cooking grates, and a domed lid. Fill the charcoal ring, light part of it, and the water pan sits between the fire and the food to stabilize temperature and add moisture. Adjust the three bottom vents to raise or lower the heat and leave the top vent open. A full load of charcoal can run for many hours, which suits brisket, pork shoulder and ribs. Add wood chunks to the coals for smoke flavor.
